Arsenazo III
Arsenazo III is a calcium-sensitive dye. It is used for the determination of Ca2+ in micromolar amounts, to investigate calcium transport in permeabilized cells and determination of serum calcium. Also potentially useful for the spectrophotometric determination of uranium and thorium.
