Tripolin A
ADCs Toxins, Triptolin A is described as an specific non-ATP competitve Aurora A kinase inhibitor. Tripolin A doesn`t significantly inhibit Aurora B kinase in mammalian cells. Tripolin A reduces localization of pAurora A on spindle microtubules, affects centrosome integrity, spindle formation and lenght and MT dynamitcs in interphase. Tripolin A is a novel small molecule inhibitor of aurora A kinase.
