Thiazol Orange
Thiazol Orange is a nucleic acid stain that has found applications in many different areas. Among others it is used for reticulocyte analysis and Plasmodium species analysis as well as labeling cancer cells. Thiazole orange-labeled DNA has been used for live cell RNA imaging. Thiazole Orange has also been used for a variety of assays, PCR and flow cytometry.
