Isopropyl unoprostone is the isopropyl ester of unoprostone. It has a role as an antiglaucoma drug, an antihypertensive agent and a prodrug. It is a prostaglandins Falpha, a ketone and an isopropyl ester. It is functionally related to an unoprostone.
