Lanatoside C

Lanatoside C is a cardiac glycoside, used in the treatment of congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmia. Lanatoside C suppresses colorectal cancer cell growth by inducing mitochondrial dysfunction and increased radiation sensitivity by impairing DNA damage repair. Also activates IL-1β through activation of the inflammasome.
