Amiodarone Hydrochloride
A non-selective ion channel blocker with broad fungicidal activity. Amiodarone induces an immediate influx of Ca2+ in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, followed by mitochondrial fragmentation and cell death. Also acts as an autophagy inducer.
