Flumioxazin is an N-phenylphthalimide herbicide used to control selected grass and broadleaf weeds. Flumioxazin is a light-dependent peroxidizing herbicide (LDPH), which acts by blocking heme and chlorophyll biosynthesis resulting in the accumulation of photo-toxic porphyrins.
