Suc-Leu-Leu-Val-Tyr-AMC
Suc-Leu-Leu-Val-Tyr-AMC (Succinyl-leucyl-leucyl-valyl-tyrosyl-methylcoumarinamide) is a fluorescent substrate for the 20S proteasome, other chymotrypsin-like proteases, and calpains. Upon enzymatic cleavage, it releases the fluorescent AMC (7-amino-4-methylcoumarin) with an excitation maximum at 360 nm and an emission maximum at 460 nm.
