ACTB-1003 is an oral kinase inhibitor targeting cancer mutations (FGFR inhibition), angiogenesis (inhibition of VEGFR2 and Tie-2) and induces apoptosis (targeting RSK and p70S6K, downstream of PI3 kinase).
