(E)-7-Fluoro-4-hydrazono-4,5-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline is an intermediate, which can be used in the synthesis of SC144. SC144 is a potent agent with broad-spectrum cytotoxic activities in a number of tumor cells. SC144 shows excellent potency against a panel of human cancer cell lines.
