Zatebradine
Zatebradine is a potent HCN channels antagonist. It could decrease the heartbeat in a reversible manner. Its IC50 value is 10 uM of 92% inhibition of the hHCN1. It reduced the activity of oriens-lacunosum moleculare interneurons in wild-type and decreased the frequency of spontaneous inhibitory currents in postsynaptic CA1 pyramidal cells. It is a specific bradycardic agent.
