Ivospemin
Ivospemin is a spermine analogue and polyamine inhibitor that lowers polyamine levels by inhibiting the activity of the polyamine biosynthetic enzyme ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) in cancer cell lines. It shows potential as a treatment for metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
