L-Asparagine
L-aspartate is a white crystalline or crystalline powder with a slightly sour taste. Slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol and ether, often exists as monohydrate, rhombic hemihedral crystals. The melting point is 234 ~ 235°, and the amino carbonyl reaction is co-heated with sugar, which can form special flavor substances.
