Tallysomycin A
Talisomycin (former trivial name: tallysomycin A), a third generation bleomycin analog that was studied as an antitumor antibiotic. The drug cleaved DNA preferentially at G-C and G-T sequences and produced specific cleavages at G-A sequences.
