Guanosine-5′-triphosphate disodium salt (5′-GTP disodium salt) is an intracellular signaling molecule, playing a key role in G protein-coupled receptor signaling and activating effector enzymes. It also enhances myogenic cell differentiation by upregulating miR-133a/b and myogenic regulatory factors, while promoting the release of guanosine-rich exosomes from human myogenic precursor cells. It may hold promise for research in biosynthesis and skeletal muscle regeneration.
