L-Ergothioneine is a natural antioxidant, which can have a protective effect on cells in the body and is an important active substance in the organism. L-Ergothioneine pure product is white crystal, water soluble, (0.9mol/L at room temperature), and will not oxidize itself in physiological pH and strong alkali solution.
