(+)-Norfenfluramine hydrochloride potently stimulates the hydrolysis of inositol phosphates and increases intracellular Ca 2+ . (+)-Norfenfluramine hydrochloride can be used for the research of primary pulmonary hypertension and valvular heart disease .
