It targets membrane-bound o-acyltransferase Porcupine and inhibits Wnt ligand palmitoylation, secretion, and pathway activation. RXC004 exhibits potent antiproliferative effects in Wnt ligand-dependent colorectal and pancreatic cell lines and possesses multiple antitumor mechanisms.
