Rezafungin acetate (Biafungin acetate, CD101 acetate, SP-3025 acetate) is a next-generation, semi-synthetic echinocandin antifungal approved for Candida, Aspergillus, and Pneumocystis species. It works by selectively inhibiting β-glucan synthase.
