Rupatadine

Rupatadine (UR-12592) is a potent, orally active and long-lasting dual antagonist of platelet-activating factor (PAF) and histamine (H1) with Ki of 0.55 μM and 0.1 μM, respectively. It exhibits anti-fibrosis effect and can be used in research on treatments for pulmonary fibrosis, allergic and inflammatory conditions involving both platelet-activating factor (PAF) and histamine.
