(2S)-1-(Thiophen-2-yl)propan-2-amine
(2S)-1-(Thiophen-2-yl)propan-2-amine can be useful in enantioselective and one-pot preparation of amines/alcohols via photo-metal-biocatalyzed Markovnikov Wacker-Tsuji oxidation of allyl(hetero)arenes. It is an enantiomer of 1-(Thiophen-2-yl)propan-2-amine (CAS# 30433-93-3), which can be useful in the study of urinary excretion profile of methiopropamine, a structural analog of methamphetamine with similar stimulant effects.
