Varoglutamstat
Varoglutamstat (PQ912) is an inhibitor of glutaminyl cyclase (QC), inhibiting human glutaminyl cyclase (hQC) activity with a Ki of 25 nM (pH 8.0). It reduces pyroglutamyl-Aβ (pE-Aβ) levels and can be used in Alzheimer’s disease research.
