3-Carbamoyl-4-phenyl-1,2,5-oxadiazol-2-ium-2-olate is an intermediate in the synthesis of 4-Phenyl-3-furoxancarbonitrile (P322500), able to activate the soluble guanylate cyclase by releasing Nitric Oxide under the action of thiol cofactors. Also inhibits platelet aggregation.
