Rivastigmine (SDZ-ENA 713, Exelon) is a cholinesterase inhibitor with IC50 of 5.5 μM. It inhibits acetylcholinesterase (IC50 = 4.15 µM) and butyrylcholinesterase (IC50 = 37 nM).
