Raleukin
Anakinra (Raleukin, AMG-719) is an exogenous antagonist of recombinant human interleukin-1 receptor that also inhibits caspase-1 and caspase-9 activity with Ki of 0.201 μM and 0.31 μM respectively. It is used in research to study IL-1 blockade in inflammation, tumor growth, islet transplantation, and cardiac injury models.
