Darifenacin
Darifenacin (UK-88525) is a selective and orally active antagonist of M3 muscarinic receptor (M3R) with a pKi of 8.86. It exhibits efficacy in overactive bladder, partly due to bladder afferent desensitization. It also shows potential in preventing liver injury and inhibiting colorectal cancer growth in both in vitro and in vivo models.
