Iptacopan
Iptacopan is a highly potent and highly selective inhibitor of factor Bwith an IC50 value of 10 nM. It also shows direct, reversible, and high-affinity binding to human factor B with a KD of 7.9 nM. It can be used in research for complement-mediated diseases, including C3G, PNH, IgA nephropathy, and membranous nephropathy.
