Nudifloramide
Nudifloramide (2PY, N-methyl-2-pyridone-5- carboxamide) is a pyridine derivative of nicotinamide that inhibits PARP-1 (poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1) activity in vitro, with an IC50 of 8 µM.
