Alnuctamab is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody directed against the tumor-associated antigen (TAA) human B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA; TNFRSF17) and the T-cell surface antigen CD3, with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities.
