Bromopyruvic acid (3-BP)
Bromopyruvic acid (3-BP) is a hexokinase II inhibitor with Ki of 2.4 mM for glycolysis/hexokinase inhibition. It is inhibitor of tumour cell energy metabolism and chemopotentiator of platinum drugs.
