Didox
Didox (3,4-dihydroxy-benzohydroxamic acid) is a synthetic ribonucleotide reductase (RR) inhibitor derived from polyhydroxy-substituted benzohydroxamic acid. Didox inhibits proliferation of tamoxifen-resistant breast cancer cells.
