ND-336 is a selective inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2, MMP-9, and MMP-14, with Kis of 85, 150, and 120 nM, respectively. ND-336 accelerates diabetic wound healing in mice by lowering inflammation and by enhancing angiogenesis and re-epithelialization of the wound[2].In Vivo: ND-336 accelerates diabetic wound healing by decreasing inflammation and by enhancing angiogenesis and re-epithelialization of the wound, thus reversing the pathological condition.
ND-336 (0.05-0.01 mg; topical application; daily for 14 day) accelerates diabetic wound healing.
