Pirepemat (IRL752) is used for the study of Parkinson’s disease[2].In Vitro: IRL752 displayed its highest in vitro affinities for 5-HT and NA-related targets[2].In Vivo: IRL752 (3.7-100 μmol/kg, s.c.) has no significant effect on acute hyper-dopaminergic or hypo-glutamatergic motor responses, but reversed deficits resulting from hypomonoaminergic function[2].
