(2,2-Difluorocyclopropyl)methylamine
(2,2-Difluorocyclopropyl)methylamine is a difluorinated-derivative of Cyclopropylmethylamine (C988695) and is used as a reagent in the synthesis of pyrrolidine derivatives as alternative pathway modulators for the treatment of ophthalmic and other diseases. (2,2-Difluorocyclopropyl)methylamine is also used as the starting material in the synthesis of dihydrodiazepines as protein kinases inhibitors.
