Zirconium(IV) oxide (ZrO2) which is also known as zirconia is a ceramic nanoparticle that can be used as a nano-filler. ZrO2 process yields a consistently high purity zirconia composed of monoclinic phase particles. The low surface area and unique spheroid shaped particles finds applications in ceramics, high temperature fillers, sensors and catalysts.
