NS-1619 is a calcium-dependent activator of large-conductance Ca²⁺-activated K⁺ (BKCa) channels in vascular smooth muscle. Induces a concentration-dependent decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential (EC₅₀ = 3.6 μM).
