beta-Amyrin, a natural cannabinoid receptors agonist isolated and purified from the stem bark of Alstonia boonei, has anti-inflammatory activity. Beta-Amyrin significantly inhibits PGE2, IL-6 secretion, and NF-κB activation in a concentration-dependent manner on LPS-induced hPBMCs.
