Grifolic Acid
Grifolic acid, a natural product isolated and purified from the Cylindrocarpon ianthothele var. majus, with anti-tumour and anti-haemolytic activities. Grifolic acid is a glucose-6-phosphatase inhibitor and a selective partial GPR120 agonist, can induce ERK and [Ca2+]i responses in cells expressing GPR120.
