Dibutyryl-cAMP (Bucladesine, dbcAMP) is a cell-permeable PKA activator by mimicing the action of endogenous cAMP. Dibutyryl-cAMP (Bucladesine) is also a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor.
