Tyrosol (4-Hydroxyphenylethanol, 4-Hydroxyphenethyl alcohol, 2-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)ethanol) is an antioxidant that is naturally present in several foods such as wines and green tea and is present most abundantly in olives.
