Iguratimod is a selective inhibitor of COX2 (IC50 = 20 μM/7.7 μg/mL) and several inflammatory cytokines including interleukin-1 (IL-1), IL-6, IL-8 and tumour necrosis factor, it’s an anti-inflammatory agent.
